Drains just above Woodend on Lower Street Fittleworth have been totally blocked for months now and having to jump across a stream of water to enter or exit properties on foot is problematic in rainy weather. Grass is now growing out of the blocked drain covers and a thorough cleaning is necessary on a regular and frequent basis.
