Please advise if WSCC has used weedkiller in this tree pit (or someone/something else)? Also, please may I have a conversation with Darren the tree officer about volunteer care (e.g. watering, feeding, mulch) as this tree seems to be growing more slowly than similar trees elsewhere and locals would like to help it thrive.
